Nevus Outreach will make every effort to honor all dietary restriction requests. However, there may be some instances where the restriction cannot be accommodated. Attendees that cannot be accommodated will be notified well in advance of the conference so that additional arrangements can be made. The hotel will make every effort to avoid cross-contamination but cannot guarantee allergy-free meals.
