Children must be at least 4 years old and fully potty trained to attend field trips. If a child is not potty trained or not yet mature enough to participate safely in field trip activities, they are welcome to attend the daycare instead.
Children must be under the age of 18 to participate in field trips and kids’ activities as attendees. Adults 18 years and older may be eligible to assist with field trips and kids’ activities as volunteers or chaperones. Interested individuals must submit a volunteer application and complete any required screening prior to the conference.

Yes. The cost of kids’ activities and field trips is included in the child or teen registration fee.
Kids’ activities and field trips are scheduled during adult general sessions on Sunday afternoon, Monday, and Tuesday. Evening activities are family-focused and not supervised.
Programs are overseen by Nevus Outreach staff and trained, background-checked volunteers.
Children will enjoy age-appropriate on-site activities and off-site field trips, including interactive games, creative projects, and group outings.

Lunch is provided during off-site field trips on Monday and Tuesday. Families should plan to provide breakfast and Sunday lunch.
Parents will receive a pre-registration link before the conference and must complete waivers during on-site registration.
