Make an IMPACT with your partnership.
New this year at the conference, we’re excited to introduce the Community Showcase Partnership during our Dinner and Talent Show on July 27, 2026.
This special opportunity is designed to highlight the incredible creativity, advocacy, resources, and lived experiences within the Nevus Outreach community.
We are inviting a limited number of community members, organizations, and partners to host a showcase table where they can share something personally meaningful with attendees in a connection-focused environment.
This is not a traditional vendor event. Instead, the Community Showcase is intended to create space for storytelling, awareness, education, creativity, and community connection.

Each approved Showcase Partner will receive:

One showcase table with chairs and a table covering

Inclusion in select conference materials

Social media promotion

Newsletter recognition

Electrical access and internet service are not guaranteed and must be explicitly requested and arranged in advance

Shipping services are available through the hotel’s FedEx location; all shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the exhibitor
Important Notes

Showcase tables must remain informational and community-focused in nature
-
Direct onsite product sales are not permitted

Space is intentionally limited to five (5) showcase tables

Partnership fee: $50 donation or approved product donation

Setup and Breakdown

Setup Time: July 27, 2026, after 4:00 p.m.

Breakdown Time: All materials must be removed immediately following the conclusion of the evening event.
The Showcase Partner agrees to complete setup and breakdown within the designated times and to keep the table staffed for the duration of the Showcase hours unless otherwise approved by the Organizer.
Cancellation Policy

Showcase Cancellation: Showcase Partnership fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise approved in writing by the Organizer.

Conference Cancellation: In the event the conference is canceled by the Organizer, Showcase Partnership fees will be refunded or credited at the Organizer’s discretion.
Liability and Indemnification
The Partner participates at their own risk and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Nevus Outreach, its staff, volunteers, and venue partners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of the Partner’s participation, activities, or materials.
Nevus Outreach is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
