Contribution to the Cost of Conference
Late Confernce Registration
The late registration rate is $425 per person and reflects the full cost of attending the Nevus Outreach Conference.
This fee includes access to conference sessions, educational programming, conference materials, meals and refreshments, community activities, and other conference amenities throughout the event.
We are committed to creating a valuable experience that brings together individuals, families, medical professionals, and researchers to learn, connect, and build lasting relationships within the nevus community.

Assisted Cost
Understanding that financial circumstances vary, we are pleased to offer an Assisted Cost - $325 option.
This rate is available as an early bird special until May 31st, 2026.
If the full contribution isn't feasible for you, selecting this option means that Nevus Outreach will subsidize a portion of your conference costs.
Our goal is to ensure that everyone who wishes to attend the conference can do so, regardless of their financial situation.
We encourage you to register early to take advantage of this reduced rate, as the assisted cost registration will end May 31, 2026, 2026.
Full Contribution Cost
We strive to make the Nevus Outreach Conference accessible to everyone while also covering the essential costs of providing a valuable and enriching experience.
For those who are able, we offer the Full Contribution – $425 option. This amount accurately reflects the true cost per person for the entire conference experience, including all sessions, materials, and amenities.
By choosing this level, you directly help Nevus Outreach sustain this vital event and contribute to our mission of supporting all attendees, fostering a stronger community for everyone.

New for 2026 - Adult with Nevus Special Pricing
We are excited to offer Adults with a Nevus who have never attended a conference a special rate: $200 registration.
This rate is available as an early bird special until December 31, 2025.
If the full contribution isn't feasible for you, selecting this option means that Nevus Outreach will subsidize a portion of your conference costs.
Our goal is to ensure that everyone who wishes to attend the conference can do so, regardless of their financial situation.
We encourage you to register early to take advantage of this reduced rate, as the assisted cost registration will increase to $325 starting January 1, 2026.
New for 2026 - Adult with Nevus are invited to attend a long weekend prior to the conference.
We are excited to offer Adults with a Nevus who attended this pre-conference event a special discount code to attend the 2026 Amplify conference.

What is not included:
While your conference registration covers a great deal, please note the following items are not included in your registration fee:

Hotel accommodations: You are responsible for booking and paying for your own hotel room.

Other hotel costs: This includes expenses such as parking fees and any resort fees charged by the hotel.

Transportation: Travel to and from the conference, including airport transfers, is not covered.

Breakfast meals: While most other meals are included, breakfast will most likely not be provided. We will confirm breakfast details closer to the conference date.

Who can attend the Nevus Outreach Conference?
The conference is open to individuals and families affected by congenital melanocytic nevi (CMN), as well as medical professionals, clinicians, and researchers interested in connecting with CMN patients.

Can I register on-site?
On-site registration may be available but is not guaranteed. Space is limited, a late registration fee may apply, and conference t-shirts may not be available.
Do I have to register every person attending, or only the nevus owner?
All attendees must be registered, including babies and children. Meals, programming, childcare, and materials are planned per person.
What do the different ticket prices mean?
Nevus Outreach offers two contribution levels so families can choose what best fits their situation. Regardless of ticket type, all attendees receive the same conference experience.

Is there an early bird registration rate?
Early bird pricing is available through January 31, 2026. After that date, assisted-cost pricing increases.
